This documentation provides an overview of subscriber activity, including total, active, cancelled, and renewed subscribers, as well as daily performance metrics.
Time Period
You can select the time period for which you want to see subscriber data. Options include Today, Yesterday, This Week, Last Week, This Month, Last Month, Quarter to Date, Last Quarter, Year to Date, Last Year, a specific date, or a custom range.
Note: You can compare subscriber metrics between two dates as well.

Overview
This section summarizes the total subscribers and their current status within the selected time period:
- Total Subscribers: Total number of subscribers to all plans.
- Active Subscribers: Subscribers who currently have an active subscription.
- Cancelled Subscribers: Subscribers who canceled or did not renew their subscription.
- Renewed Subscribers: Subscribers who renewed their subscription during the selected period.

Revenue Performance

Subscribers
Subscribers’ data showing daily metrics for trials, new subscribers, renewals, recovered, resubscribed, active, cancellations, payment failures, and net change.
- Trials: Number of trial subscriptions started each day.
- New Subscriber: Number of new subscriptions added each day.
- Renewals: Subscriptions are renewed on each day.
- Recovered: Subscriptions recovered after a failed payment attempt.
- Resubscribed: Subscribers reactivated after cancellation.
- Active: Total active subscribers for the day.
- Cancellations: Number of cancellations on that day.
- Payment Failures: Failed payment attempts.
- Net Change: Overall change in subscriber count for the day, factoring in new, renewed, cancelled, and recovered subscriptions.
