These features enable you to quickly locate specific subscriptions, analyze data, and perform bulk actions, saving time and effort.
Sorting Subscriptions
The Sort function organizes the subscription data in ascending or descending order based on selected fields. This helps you prioritize subscriptions for specific actions.
Navigate to Sublium ⇨ Subscriptions to access this section.
Next, click on the Sort button.

Here are a few sorting options to check out.
Subscription Order
- Ascending: Orders subscriptions from the lowest to the highest value in the selected field.
- Descending: Orders subscriptions from the highest to the lowest value in the selected field.

Available Fields for Sorting
- Status
Organize subscriptions by their current lifecycle stage. This helps you organize your subscriptions by clusters of their statuses.
Here, each status group comes one after the other.
- Total
Sort by the total revenue generated (either in ascending or descending order) by each subscription.
For example, you can identify high-value customers for special offers or loyalty programs.
- Start Date
Organize subscriptions by their start date. This helps you track subscription cohorts to analyze retention over time.
However, Sublium has provided you with detailed retention metrics in its analytics section.
- Next Payment
Sort by upcoming payments to plan for revenue inflows.
For example, ensure inventory readiness for products tied to renewing subscriptions.
- Last Order
Organize by the date of the last order generated by the subscription.

Use the search bar to find subscriptions by entering keywords such as the customer name, email address, or subscription ID.
This way, you can quickly locate a subscription for a customer who has reached out for support, or if you want to modify any details.
2. Filter by Type
Filter subscriptions by their type, such as:
- Recurring subscriptions
- Subscribe & save
- Installment plans
This way, you can view specific subscription types to analyze performance and identify trends.
3. Filter by Creation Date
View subscriptions based on their creation date.
You can select dates based on prefilled rules, such as today, yesterday, this week, last week, this month, last month, quarter to date, last quarter, year to date, or last year.
Additionally, you will get options such as a specific date or a custom date range to apply filters to your subscriptions.
4. Filter by Next Payment Date
Identify subscriptions due for renewal or payment within a specific timeframe.
5. Filter by Last Order Date
Filter subscriptions based on the date of the last order generated.
6. Filter by End Date
Locate subscriptions nearing their expiration or end date.
7. Filter by Product
Filter subscriptions associated with a specific product or service.
