Creating a Fixed Recurring Subscription Coupon
Step 1: Navigate to the coupons section
Navigate to Marketing ⇒ Coupons and hit the “Add new coupon” button.

Step 2: Generate a Fixed Recurring Subscription Coupon
Next, you can hit “Generate Coupon Code” to generate a random coupon code or enter it manually. You can also add a description, but that’s optional.

Next, set the following data to create a discount under the General tab:
- Discount Type: Choose the Sublium Recurring Product Discount.
- Coupon Amount: Enter a flat amount (e.g., $10) that your customers will receive
- Allow Free Shipping: Enable this option to offer free shipping alongside the subscription discount. For example, a monthly subscription offers $10 off on recurring renewals and free shipping.
- Coupon Expiry Date: Set an expiry date to create urgency, ensuring the coupon is only available for a limited time. Select the expiry date from the calendar picker.

Step 3: Set the usage restrictions
Move to the Usage Restrictions form to set the following:
- Minimum spend: Enter the minimum order subtotal required to use the coupon, or leave it empty for no minimum.
- Maximum spend: Enter the maximum order subtotal allowed to use the coupon, or leave it empty for no maximum.
- Individual use only: Check this box to prevent the coupon from being used with other coupons.
- Exclude sale items: Check this box to prevent the coupon from applying to items that are on sale.
