Benefit Page

Benefit pages are the first step in the cancellation flow. They remind the customer of the value they receive

from their subscription before they proceed with cancellation.

What Are Benefit Pages?

When a customer clicks Cancel, the benefit page is the first screen they see. It presents a value proposition a heading, description, and an optional icon with two choices:

You can create multiple benefit pages with different messaging. At least one benefit page must exist at all times; the system prevents deleting the last one.
