Customer Account

The “Customer Account” page is a customer dashboard where customers can view and manage their account information, orders, downloads, and more.

The options explained below allow your customers to manage the actions they can perform on the account page for different subscription types.

Recurring

• Customer can Pause Subscription: Check to allow the customer to pause the subscription.
  
• Customer can Opt Early Renew: Check to allow the customer to renew the subscription before the next cycle.
  

Subscribe and Save

• Customer can Pause Subscription: Check to allow the customer to pause the subscription.
  
• Customer can Skip Next Payment: Check to allow the customer to skip the next payment in their subscription.
  
• Customer can Re-Order Anytime: Check to allow the customer to place a new order at any time.
  
• Set Limitation to Cancel Subscription:  Check to set a limitation on Cancel Subscription
  • Maximum Days Before Delivery to Cancel: Enter the maximum number of days before delivery that the customer can cancel the subscription.
• Set Limitation to Skip Subscription: Check to set a limitation on Skip Subscription
  • Maximum Days Before Delivery to Skip: Enter the maximum number of days before delivery that the customer can skip a subscription cycle.
    

Installments

• Customer can Pay All Installments at Once: Check to allow the customer to pay all remaining installments in a single payment.
  

Subscription Details

• Customer can Restart Subscription: Check to allow the customer to restart a canceled or paused subscription.
  
• Customer can Update Address: Check to allow the customer to update the shipping address for their subscription.

After making updates, click Save to apply the changes.
