Logs

Logs help you track subscription events, errors, and system activity so you can troubleshoot issues and monitor performance.

Navigate to Sublium Subscription → Settings → Advanced, then switch to Logs to find the All Logs tab: 

On this page, you will find a log table including the details Log Name, Date Created, Date Modified, and File Size.

Actions on Logs:

  • Search: Enter keywords to quickly locate specific logs.
  • Export All: Export all logs for backup or review.
  • Delete All Logs: Permanently delete all logs from the system.
