Revenue churn
Time Period
You can select the time period for which you want to see churn data. Options include Today, Yesterday, This Week, Last Week, This Month, Last Month, Quarter to Date, Last Quarter, Year to Date, Last Year, a specific date, or a custom range.
Note: In the overview, you can view metrics in either Amount or Percentage by switching the tab accordingly.
Here is the data you get:
- Current: Latest revenue churn amount and percentage.
- 1 Month Ago: Revenue churn for the previous month.
- 3 Months Ago: Revenue churn three months prior.
- 6 Months Ago: Revenue churn six months prior.
- 12 Months Ago: Revenue churn one year prior.
- 24 Months Ago: Revenue churn two years prior.

Customer Churn

Revenue Retention (Month Wise – Since Account Creation)
Revenue retention shows the percentage of revenue retained from subscriptions over time. Each row represents the month when subscriptions started, and each column shows how much of that revenue was retained in the following months.
You can choose data for 12 months, 24 months, 36 months, 48 months, or 6 months.
