Create Upgrade Group
Learn how to set up subscription upgrade groups in Sublium. Add old and new products, select eligible plans, set discounts, configure display conditions, design the upgrade banner, and activate the group.
Storefront Experience
See how the upgrade flow appears to customers. Upgrade banners display in the My Account page, customers review a pricing summary, and complete the upgrade through checkout.
Upgrade Settings
Configure the cool-off period and customize all text shown throughout the upgrade flow, including the offer screen, confirmation screen, success screen, dismiss popup, and global offer banner.
Search & Manage
Search for upgrade groups by name and manage them with options to rename, draft, duplicate, or delete individual or multiple groups at once.
Export
Export all upgrade groups or select specific ones to download as a backup or to import on another Sublium-powered site.
