We ensure no customer data is permanently stored on external servers unless explicitly stated. You retain full ownership of your data.

Active license holders are entitled to automatic updates and support for the duration of their subscription. Licenses are non-transferable and must not be resold or shared. Support is only available to the original purchaser with a valid license key.

- For installment/part-payment plans, licenses may be suspended if payments are not completed within 10 days of the due date.
Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the plugin does not function as described, and after you have allowed our support team to assist.
Upon receiving a refund, you must discontinue the use of Sublium’s premium products.
By purchasing or subscribing, you agree to receive transactional emails related to your account and product updates. You may also receive occasional newsletters and promotional offers, which you can opt out of at any time. Sublium does not sell or share your email address with third parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sublium shall not be held liable for:

Compatibility issues with third-party products
This does not exclude liability for fraud, misrepresentation, or personal injury caused by negligence.
