At Sublium, we’re committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you’re eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date. This policy applies to first-time purchases only and does not cover renewals.

How to Request a Refund
If you’d still like a refund after contacting support, simply email us at [[email protected]] within the 14-day window. Please include your order number and a brief reason for the request. Once we receive your email, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Upon Receiving a Refund
Once a refund is issued, your license will be deactivated and you’ll be required to uninstall and discontinue use of all associated premium products.
