Admin Notifications inform store administrators about key subscription events.
Navigate to Sublium → Subscription → Settings → Notifications → Admin to access these options.
Admin Notifications Overview
Here, you can configure notifications for subscription-related events and specify the recipients:
- Subscription Renewal Complete: Sends an email to the admin when a subscription renewal is successfully completed.
- Subscription Cancelled: Sends an email to the admin when a subscription is cancelled.
- Renewal Payment Failure: Sends an email to the admin if a subscription renewal payment fails. Default recipient:
How to Set Up Admin Notifications in Sublium
You can set up any admin notification using the following process. For demonstration, we are using “Subscription Renewal Complete” as an example.
Step 1: Edit the Email Notification
Click the Edit option for the notification you want to customize.
Step 2: Set Up Email Details
Enter From Name, From Email, and Reply-To Email to configure the sender details.
Step 3: Set Up Subject and Preview Text
Provide a subject line and preview text for the email.
To personalize, use merge tags: click the {} Merge Tag button, search for the tag you need, and copy it into the subject or preview text.
Step 4: Craft Email Body Content
Sublium offers two template types:
- Rich Text: Text-based editor with a prebuilt template for quick customization.
- Visual Builder: Drag-and-drop editor with a prebuilt template for visual design.
Choose your preferred template and customize it. Merge tags can also be used to personalize messaging.
Step 5: Preview and Test
Preview the email and test it on different devices.
Sublium audits the email for Missing URLs, Broken URLs, and Email Size.
If corrections are needed, go back and adjust the email content.
Step 6: Activate the Email
Once finalized, activate the admin email notification to start sending it to recipients.
