Sublium Subscriptions provides email notifications to keep customers informed during the payment recovery process.
Navigate to Sublium Subscriptions ⇒ Payment Recovery to customize and activate the following payment recovery notifications:
- Renewal Payment Failed: Retries Left: This email lets your customer know that their payment is still being retried and the subscription will remain active until the final attempt.
- Renewal Payment Failed: Last Retry: This email notifies your customer that this is the final attempt to recover their payment before the subscription is canceled.
- Renewal Reminder: Before {{X}} Days: This email reminds your customer that their subscription will end in {{X}} days, giving them a chance to renew before it expires.
- Renewal Reminder: Before {{Y}} Days: This email notifies your customer that their subscription is expiring in {{Y}} days, so they can take action if needed.
- Before Card Expiry: This email alerts your customer that their saved payment card is about to expire and encourages them to update their details to avoid interruptions.
